Stephen Longobardi
Dr. Stephen Longobardi graduated from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. During his time in college, Dr. Longobardi spent his summers working in the Merchant Marines and developing a diverse experience base.
Upon graduating from Villanova University, Dr. Longobardi received a full scholarship to graduate school at Iona University’s Hagan School of Business where he completed the accelerated MBA program. While attending graduate school, Dr. Longobardi began volunteering at his local EMS department where he developed a passion for medicine and service. Subsequently, he pursued postgraduate studies at Rutgers University before attending the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Longobardi performed a one year podiatric orthopedic residency at the East Orange Veterans Administration Hospital. From there, he went on to complete a two year residency concentrating in foot and ankle surgery at Union Hospital/St.Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey.
Dr. Longobardi is an established, highly skilled and caring physician with over 20 years of experience in podiatric medicine and surgery. He is board certified in foot surgery and a diplomate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also a member of the American and NJ Podiatric Medical Association. In addition to his podiatric practice, Dr. Longobardi is the Medical Director at Mountainside Ambulatory Surgical Center. He is also the Clerkship Director at Morristown Medical Center where he works closely mentoring podiatry students and is a member of the residency selection committee. In addition to that, Dr. Longobardi spends much of his time and energy acting as the managing partner and president of his practice. Dr. Longobardi is on staff at Overlook Hospital, Morristown Medical Center, and Mountainside Ambulatory Surgical Center.
When not at work, Dr. Longobardi likes to spend time with his family and pets, gardening and trying to stay fit. He also enjoys his time volunteering with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program where he is a mentor.
Brian Sullivan
Dr. Brian S. Sullivan is double Board Certified in both Foot Surgery and Rearfoot Reconstruction/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS). He is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ACFAS). His other professional affiliations include the American Podiatric Medical Society and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society.
Dr. Sullivan attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He subsequently performed a 3-year surgical Residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Immediately after Residency, Dr. Sullivan joined Foot and Ankle Physicians, PA.
Dr. Sullivan has remained active in Resident education since graduating Residency. He currently serves as the Program Director for the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency (PMSR/RRA) at Morristown Medical Center (Atlantic Health System), where he is an active staff member. He has been in this position since 2017. He is also an active staff member at Overlook Medical Center (Summit, NJ), Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (Livingston, NJ), and The Center for Ambulatory Surgery (Mountainside, NJ). Prior to this, Dr. Sullivan served as the Assistant Program Director of the PMSR/RRA at Hoboken University Medical Center.
Dr. Sullivan also serves as a Residency and Fellowship Evaluator for the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME) as an ABFAS representative.
Dr. Sullivan’s medical interests include complex elective and non-elective foot and rearfoot/ankle surgery (including reconstructions and trauma), sports medicine, and wound care.
Dr. Sullivan has served as a Team Physician (Foot and Ankle) for Seton Hall University since 2010, treating all facets of sports injuries. He is also a staff physician at the Center for Wound Healing at Morristown Medical Center. Dr. Sullivan is also the Directing Physician for the Morristown Center for Podiatry Clinic.
Craig Costa
Dr. Craig Costa graduated from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. He obtained his medical degree as a Doctor in Podiatric Surgery and Medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. While attending NYCPM he was awarded the President’s Award for Academic and Clinical Excellence, was inducted into Pi Mu Delta National Podiatry Service Society, and served as Vice President of his class.
He completed a three year residency at Hoboken University Medical Center and affiliated hospitals. During his time as a resident, Dr. Costa received comprehensive training in reconstructive surgery of complex foot and ankle deformities, including foot and ankle joint replacement, flatfoot, trauma, wound care, elective surgery. Dr. Costa’s areas of interest include trauma/reconstruction, sports medicine, elective surgery, pediatrics, and general foot care.
Dr. Costa is board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Costa’s professional affiliations include American Podiatric Medical Association, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (Fellow), and New Jersey Podiatric Medical Society.
He is an active staff member of Overlook and Morristown hospitals of Atlantic Health System. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chair of the Podiatry Department at Overlook Medical Center. He is part of the sports medicine staff for Seton Hall University Athletics and lectures for the Sports Medicine Department at Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences.
When Dr. Costa is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He enjoys the beach and all sports.
Rohan Desai
Dr. Rohan Desai, DPM is Board Qualified in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Desai grew up in Northern New Jersey and attended Rutgers University for his undergraduate education, receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry with honors. He went on to receive his Doctorate at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Desai then went on to complete his advanced surgical training in Foot and Ankle Trauma/Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Atlantic Health System in New Jersey, serving as Chief Resident during his final year. During his time residency, Dr. Desai participated in multiple advanced courses in total ankle replacements, foot and ankle arthroscopy, limb deformity, bunion correction, and external fixation. He also gave multiple academic lectures during his time in residency and continues to have an active role with the residents.
As an avid sports fan, Dr. Desai has a special interest in sports medicine and trauma of the foot and ankle. His other interests include complex deformity correction of the foot and ankle, bunion correction, elective foot and ankle surgery, foot and ankle arthroscopy, and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Desai strives to provide high quality treatment and care to all his patients and is on at Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Hospital, the Mountainside Ambulatory Surgical Center, and Morristown Wound Care Center.
